BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Explore & More, The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum is launching its story time series featuring Western New York celebrities.
Buffalo Sabres forward Kyle Okposo and former Buffalo Bill Eric Wood among others will be reading to children several times a week on the Explore & More YouTube channel, Facebook page, and website.
Stories include beloved classics like, "Green Eggs and Ham," to modern day classics like "Llama Llama Red Pyjama."
“Through Storytime we are hoping to engage both children and their caregivers," said Amelia Schrader, the Senior Manager of Education for Explore & More. "During this stressful time everyone can use a little break and what better way than to sit back and let your imagination unfurl via Storytime? We’re very lucky to have such an incredible community of talented storytellers who are willing to help us with this mission!”
