AAA Trash Be Gone is an essential business looking to hire CDL drivers with experience and laborers.

Bob Moyer has worked as a driver at AAA Trash Be Gone for almost 8 years.

“They don't bother you. They give you your stuff to do and then you do it and then you go home. They don't really bother me,” Moyer said.

AAA Trash Be Gone is an essential business. Despite closings, the past few months have been busy.

“The office sends me my moves at night. Then I come in. I get here at about 6:30 a.m., get in the truck about 7:00 a.m. Go do my first move, go do a drop.”

AAA Trash Be Gone president Patrick Dolan said they're looking to hire more drivers.

“[I’m] looking for Class B CDL drivers with air brakes. Immediate positions are open. First and second shift,”

Drivers must have experience. If you don't have CDL driving experience but are good with your hands, there's a spot at AAA Trash Be Gone for you too.

“We're looking for laborers as well. We go into houses we clean them out. We haul. We trash. We also do demolition,” Dolan said.

Dolan is looking for employees who will simply show up.

“You have to not mind getting dirty. You're dealing with trash all day long. Being prompt and being on time and showing up and sticking it out,” Dolan said.

There are benefits to staying with the company for a while. The longer you work there, the better hours you can work.

“We pay competitive wages. If you stay here for a while you get to grow with the company,” Dolan said.

Moyer said this is a place he's happy to show up to every day.

“Pat's a good guy. The owner. I like him. he'll do whatever he can for you,” Moyer said.

If you're interested in applying you can walk right into their office at 1711 Union Road in West Seneca.
