NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Aquarium of Niagara in Niagara Falls is offering new, interactive classes for kids that can be taken from the comfort of your couch.

These are four different types of programs being offered

  • Animal Painting Enrichment Sessions: For kids of all ages.
  • Animal Tales: Digital story time best for kids ages two to seven.
  • Jr. Vet: Allows kids to be future animal caretakers, best for kids ages eight to 12.
  • CSI: Crime SEA Investigation: three-day interactive session allows kids to become crime solvers, best for kids ages eight to 12.

“In this new, COVID-19 era, families and teachers are looking for ways to engage with local cultural and educational institutions in new and different ways, and now they can meet some our animals from the comfort of their own home,” said Executive Director Gary Siddall. “Our new virtual programs are carefully crafted by our educators to ensure kids are learning while also having fun.”

Classes run from now through September.
