BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — After issuing guidance on what will open under Phase Four of New York state's reopening plan, Gov. Cuomo's office announced media production will also fall under the Phase Four category.
This means the following businesses will be allowed to operate under Phase Four
- motion picture production
- music production
- television production
- streaming production
All of these forms of media production will be allowed to take place on set, on location, or at any production or recording site.
