BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York state has unveiled new rules and guidelines for Phase Three of reopening.
Part of the rules and guidelines include personal care businesses such as nail salons and tattoo shops as part of Phase Three.
New York State has issued the rules and guidance for phase 3 businesses. This includes indoor restaurants, tattoo, piercing and massage parlors, and nail and other beauty salons. All businesses must have a written safety plan. More: https://t.co/U5YQGTzvMd

Food services and indoor seating at restaurants and bars are part of Phase Three of reopening.

The following personal care businesses will reopen under Phase Three
- Tattoo and piercing facilities
- Appearance enhancement practitioners
- Massage therapy
- Spas
- Cosmetology
- Nail specialty
- UV and non-UV tanning
- Waxing
