A quick start wasn't enough to power the Bandits through as the offense sputtered late in an 11-10 loss to rival Rochester Saturday night.
Dhane Smith, Ryan Benesch and Mark Steenhuis powered the attack in the first half as the Bandits built a 6-4 lead heading into the third.
However, Buffalo was limited to just four goals over the final two quarters.
Benesch led Buffalo with four goals. Buffalo dips to 5-7 overall.
