The Buffalo Beauts are no longer perfect on the season following two losses to Minnesota over the weekend. With the two wins, the Whitecaps are the lone unbeaten team in the NWHL.

In their first game on Saturday, the Beauts fell to the Whitecaps by a score of 3-2 in an overtime game. Maddie Elia and Taylor Accursi (her first NWHL goal) scored for the Beauts while Shannon Szabados made 25 saves in the loss.

In their second game on Sunday, the Beauts once again fell short by a score of 2-1. Dani Cameranesi scored the lone Beauts goal on a penalty shot. Szabados made 27 saves in the loss.

The Beauts are now 2-1-1 overall on the regular season and are currently sitting in second in the NWHL standings with five points as of Sunday afternoon. They're back in action on November 17th and 18th when they visit the Boston Pride for a pair of games.
