After an 8-8 season and 16th straight year of missing the playoffs, General Manager Doug Whaley and Head Coach Rex Ryan re-iterated that the team fell short of expectations, again.
Finishing with a .500 record, the Bills secured back-to-back non-losing seasons since 1998, 1999 and 2000 during which the Bills went 10-6, 11-5 and 8-8 under Wade Phillips.
Whaley and Ryan admitted changes will be made in the coming months as the Bills look to snap their playoff drought next season.
