The National Football League has seen their fair share of controversy over the years, but a Tuesday breach on Twitter had many scratching their heads.
The NFL's official Twitter account, which has over 19 million followers in total, was hacked on Tuesday and tweeted to all their followers that Commissioner Roger Goodell had died.

The NFL was quick to act, deleting the tweet, and then sending out word that the Commissioner -- who was most recently in Western New York for the Jim Kelly Celebrity Classic, mind you -- was very much alive.
The @nfl Twitter account was hacked. @nflcommish is alive and well.

It seems just about anyone can fall prey to a social media hacker.
