BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Bills super fan Ezra Castro, known affectionately as "Pancho Billa", will not be attending the 2019 NFL Draft in Nashville, TN. Castro, who is battling cancer, announced on Twitter on Tuesday that he will remain in the hospital.

Former Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnsoninvited Castro to announce a Bills draft pick earlier this month, but Castro was hospitalized on Sunday. Castro announced a Bills' draft pick last year, when the Bills selected Harrison Phillips in the third round.
