BUFFALO, N.Y. [WKBW] — Tre’Davious White is heading to his first Pro Bowl.
On Tuesday, the NFL announced their initial Pro Bowl selections, with White selected to represent the Bills.
White, 24, has six interceptions on the season, tying him with former Bills defensive back Stephon Gilmore for the league lead.
A first-round pick in 2017, White has 12 interceptions in his three seasons as a pro and has become on the most well-respected cornerbacks in the NFL.
While no other Bills players were initially named to the Pro Bowl, additional players will be announced as the playoffs progress.
According toa league source, nine Bills were named as altrenates to the Pro Bowl. Tremaine Edmunds and Andre Roberts are first alternates, Mitch Morse is a second alternate, Josh Allen is a third alternate, John Brown, Jerry Hughes, Frank Gore and Jordan Phillips are fourth alternates and Jordan Poyer is a fifth alternate.
