BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — It may feel like a world away, but it's only been one month since the Buffalo Bills traded away four draft picks-- including this year's first round pick-- for wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

Diggs, 26, had racked up almost 5,000 yards in his five seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. The trade made a big splash in the league, and with fans.

On Friday, Diggs published an article with the headline 'Let's Get It, Buffalo' in The Players' Tribune. In it, he expressed his excitement to play in Buffalo-- particularly with quarterback Josh Allen.

Diggs recalls in the article watching Allen's now-infamous hurdle over a llinebacker in Week 3 of the 2018 season. Standing on the opposing sideline, Diggs recalls, "I remember being on the sidelines thinking, O.K. . . . this guy's got some moxie." Diggs adds, "once I found out about the trade, I couldn't wait to go to work with him."

Diggs goes on to address the current state of the Buffalo Bills. He says, "I think it's a team that's ready to be great. I don't know how anybody could look at this team, this roster, and the passion this team plays with and not be excited to be a part of it."
