Winters was a third-round pick by the Jets in 2013 and started 79 games during his seven-year career. Last season he played in nine games, as a starter, before landing on the injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
The Bills offensive line became a little thinner last week after Feliciano had chest surgery that will sideline him 2-3 months.
