All through the week, Buffalo has been the host of the 2016 version of the Fast Pitch World Series. On Wednesday night, many of the teams in town for the tournaments participated in the opening ceremonies at Coca Cola Field.
Over 150 teams from around the United States and Canada qualified for the NSA's Class B World Series, and each of the tournaments will conclude with the winners on Friday, July 22. Champions will be crowned in the age groups of 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, and 23U.
