CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKBW) — The University at Buffalo men's basketball team is likely headed to the NCAA tournament after a nearly 40-point win over Akron in the quarterfinals of the MAC tournament in Cleveland.
The Bulls sprung out to a quick lead at Quicken Loans Arena, going up 24-8 midway through the first half.

At halftime, the Bulls led the Zips 38-21, and they did not look back. They'd score another 44 points in the second half, with a final score of 82-46.
Jeremy Harris led the Bulls in scoring with 23 points, followed by Jayvon Graves (13). Graves and Harris both had three assists. CJ Massinburg led the team in rebounds with nine.
The Bulls go on to play in the semifinals Friday night against Central Michigan.
