UB guard CJ Massinburg was cleared to return to basketball activities, he announced on Twitter on Sunday.
After suiting up in the Bulls' exhibition win over Daemen, he was ruled out indefinitely as he battled Mononucleosis.
God answers prayers....happy that I was cleared today which was sooner than expected . Ready to get back at it ???????

The Bulls, which have struggled without him in the lineup, are 4-4 on the season and next play on the road against Pittsburgh on Dec. 7.
Last season, Massinburg averaged 11.3 points per game as a freshman as the Bulls won their second straight MAC Championship and returned to the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row.
