Licata was invited to Bills rookie minicamp on a tryout basis but was not offered a contract after the three day session.
The QB ended his career as the Bulls' all-time leader in passing yards (9,456) and touchdown passes (76).
Licata is also one of the most decorated high school products to come out of Western New York.
At Williamsville South he set the Section VI record for touchdowns in a career with 87, which ranks third all-time in New York State high school football history. He also threw for the sixth most yards in state history from 2008-2010.
