Maple Grove and West Seneca West are headed to the state football semi-finals in their respective classes.
Maple Grove beat Clyde-Savannah 61-28 in the Class D Western regional final and have advanced to the state semifinals for the second year in a row.
The run game was on fire for the Red Dragons who had three different players each rush for more than 100 yards. Leading the way was Nick Frabrizio who had 25 carries for 136 yards and four touchdowns. He was named the game's Most Valuable Player.

West Seneca West beat Wilson-Magnet 40-22 in the Class A Western regional final to remain perfect on the season and keep their state title hopes alive.
Quarterback Matt Myers once again led the Indians with 203 yards rushing along with two rushing touchdowns. He added 222 yards passing and three touchdowns in the air.
