Parker Leemer put the Indians on the board less than three minutes in on a fast break, sliding the puck under the outstretched leg of Trojans netminder Jagger Maving.
East answered in the final minutes of the first as Danny Flynn connected on the equalizer, banging home a loose puck in front of the net.
Ian Barker gave the Indians a 2-1 lead after two, but the Trojans once again tied it, this time courtesy of Cam Bauer less than two minutes into the third.
West Seneca West finishes the season with a 12-3-1 overall record, while West Seneca East rounds out the regular season 9-5-1-1.
