EDMONTON, Alberta (WKBW) — Former Buffalo Sabres defenseman Zach Bogosian helped the Tampa Bay Lightning hoist the Stanley Cup, after they defeated the Dallas Stars in six games.
Bogosian, 30, was traded to the Buffalo Sabres from the Winnipeg Jets in 2015 and played in Buffalo until the Sabres placed him on unconditional waivers in February 2020.
After he was placed on waivers, the Tampa Bay Lightning signed Bogosian to a one-year, $1.3 million contract.
Congrats on the #StanleyCup, @TBLightning!
