BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The next blast of cold air moves into WNY on Monday. This blast of cold air will bring falling temperatures on Monday with frigid air in place Tuesday and Wednesday. We can expect temperatures 20 degrees below normal and that means records could be broken.
