BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Clear and cold tonight with lows near freezing. Partly sunny and warmer on Friday with highs near 60. Rain returns Friday night into Saturday with temperatures in the 50s and gusty winds. Rain changes to snow Saturday night into Sunday as temperatures fall into the 30s. Wind chills will be in the teens and low 20s with 1-2" snow possible and accumulating snow for areas south and east of Buffalo with most significant amounts on the higher elevations Sunday and Sunday evening.
