A blast of cold air and snow will be setting new records for Buffalo this week.
The first record to fall was on Monday. The Buffalo Airport received 8.7" of snow, setting a new daily record for November 11. The old record was 5.3," set in 1942.
Here are the temperature records that are in jeopardy:
November 12 Records:
- The Record Low Maximum: 31 set in 1983
- The Record Low 22 set in 1921
November 13 Records:
- The Record Low Maximum: 24 set in 1911
- The Record Low 16 set in 1986
