Zippo is expanding once again, the Bradford Pennsylvania based company, known world-wide for it's wind-proof lighters, is buying Northern Lights Enterprizes here in New York. It's a leading designer of luxury candles and gift accessories, founded here in Wellsville in 1978. Zippo says manufacturing will continue at the Wellsville location and all 120 employees currently on staff there are expected to stay on. Zippo also ownes the Case Cutlery Company and in recent years has branched out into the camping and outdoors market.
